These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the sales of the IMPUMAT Excel Accounting Matrix made through the Payhip platform.
IMPUMAT is an automated Excel-based accounting matrix, available in both French and English versions. It is intended for professionals, freelancers, and small businesses.
The annual subscription fee is set at €134 for the French version and $145 for the English version.
Payments are secured and processed exclusively via Payhip, an online marketplace dedicated to digital products. No banking data is stored by IMPUMAT.
The product is delivered immediately after payment in the form of a downloadable file.
The IMPUMAT matrix is protected. Only input fields are editable. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
In accordance with legislation on digital products delivered immediately, no right of withdrawal applies once the download has begun.

Unless otherwise stated, all elements accessible on this Accounting Matrix, on the Official IMPUMAT Website or on the Payhip commercial platform (texts, images, graphics, logo, software, etc.) remain the exclusive property of the author with respect to intellectual property rights or rights of use.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of this Accounting Matrix, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited.
Any unauthorized use of this Accounting Matrix or any of its components shall be considered an infringement and may result in legal proceedings.
The trademark and logo appearing on this Accounting Matrix, on the Official IMPUMAT Website, and on the Payhip sales platform, are registered by Mr. DONATIEN ABE, who is their rightful owner.
