First Page of Accounting Entries (FRONT)

This screenshot illustrates the first page of the accounting journal in IMPUMAT. It displays the period date and the journal slip number (or accounting journal number) in the header.

The accounting journal has 6 columns:

• the transaction dates,
• the account numbers and names,
• the debit and credit amounts,
• the referenced supporting documents.

A clear structure that allows smooth data entry and rigorous tracking.
